Halloween Night: Hip Hop vs Reggae at Ember Music Hall
About This Event
Halloween Night: Hip Hop vs Reggae lands at Ember Music Hall in downtown Richmond on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Junior Mixx, Karib Kings, and LX Group are teaming up for a costume-ready night that pits hip hop against reggae.
On the decks are Junior Mixx and Sly Millz, DJ Crush Groovey, and DJ Landmark. Junior Mixx is a familiar name on Richmond’s Caribbean party circuit, spinning reggae, dancehall, soca, and afrobeats at events like Bottle Wars. Expect the night to swing between dancehall anthems and 90s and 2000s hip hop. Costumes are encouraged.
Ember Music Hall is a downtown Richmond venue at 309 East Broad Street that has become a regular home for Caribbean nights, from Culture Clock to SUMMA BLACK, with a full bar and VIP options.
