United Souls Live and Direct at Tailored Smoke Suffolk
About This Event
United Souls close out their 2026 run at Tailored Smoke Cigar Lounge in Suffolk on Saturday, December 19, playing live and direct from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. It’s a pre-holiday night of roots and lovers rock at the Pruden Boulevard lounge, where the Hampton band has become a regular on the calendar.
Led by Ed Dread on bass, United Souls blend roots, dub, funk, old school and R&B under soulful lead vocals, moving from conscious roots rhythms into lovers rock, dancehall favorites and Caribbean classics. They were named Virginia Reggae Band of the Year in 2010 and 2011 and have played everywhere from the Hampton Coliseum to neighborhood lounges across Hampton Roads.
Tailored Smoke Suffolk is the sister location of the Newport News original, with premium cigars, a full kitchen, craft cocktails and live music on a regular rotation. The lounge runs on a membership model, so members usually get in free.
