Culture Clash: Crowd Karaoke at Elevation 27
About This Event
Culture Clash: Crowd Karaoke takes over Elevation 27 in Virginia Beach on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This time the crowd is the headliner: one mic gets passed around the room, and everybody gets a turn to sing for their island.
The soundtrack runs through soca, dancehall, reggae, Caribbean classics, throwbacks, and the anthems everyone knows word for word. Bring your flag, find your people, and get ready to represent, because there’s a friendly competition built into the night. Jamaica, Trinidad, Barbados, Haiti, Grenada, Antigua, and every island in between: one mic, many islands, same energy.
Elevation 27 is one of Virginia Beach’s go-to concert halls, a standing-room venue on Nevan Road that regularly hosts touring reggae acts as well as local favorites.
