Sexy vs Scary Halloween Costume Party at Phoenix Lounge
About This Event
KKM Promotions presents Sexy vs Scary, an adult costume party at Phoenix Lounge in Virginia Beach on Halloween night, Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Same night, two sides: come dressed to kill or dressed to thrill, and compete for a $700 cash prize for best costume.
KKM is the team behind some of Phoenix Lounge’s biggest nights, including the long-running Buss Ah Shot and the annual Summer All White Party, so expect a packed room and a soundtrack built on reggae and dancehall with the party anthems that keep a Halloween crowd moving. Eat, drink, dance, costume, repeat.
Phoenix Restaurant and Lounge sits on Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach, a Caribbean and soul food kitchen with a lounge that hosts DJs through the week. VIP sections and tables are available by reservation. This one is strictly 21 and up.
