Cultivated Mind brings an acoustic set to Redd’s Filling Station in Windsor on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from noon to 2:00 PM. It’s a laid-back Sunday afternoon in downtown Windsor, with stripped-down reggae and good Southern food on the side.
Cultivated Mind is a Hampton Roads reggae, dub, and jazz outfit founded by producer Anthony Brand and active since 2013. Their sound draws on old school dub production along with jazz, blues, salsa, and East Coast hip hop, and their shows mix originals with medleys of reggae classics and dub versions of soul and blues songs. The band is also the official reggae band of the Hippie-Fari Reggae Radio and Podcast. This acoustic show is a chance to hear those songs up close.
Redd’s Filling Station is a retro restaurant set in a restored 1950s gas station on West Windsor Boulevard, complete with vintage pumps, a jukebox, and a classic red Mustang out front. The menu leans Southern comfort, with chicken and a range of sauces, and the grounds include mini golf, cornhole, a tiki-style bar, and an outdoor stage for live music.
